Congenitially missing laterals
This young male came to our office once his orthodontic treatment was completed to restore his lateral sites with implants. Space was tight, as it usually is in lateral sites, so Dr. Bortolussi placed a small diameter implant with contour bone grafting & restored with custom abutments & porcelain crowns, creating a very natural result to restore something that was congenitally missing.
